What is the Return Policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all products.

When can I expect my Refund?

Once we receive and verify your returned item(s) at our Return Center, we will process your refund through the original payment method. This process can take up to two weeks.

What is the Order Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. To request a cancellation, fill out the Customer Order Inquiry Form and select the “Cancellation” category. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to initiate a return after receiving the item(s).

When will my credit card be charged and how will it show up on my credit/debit card?

You will not be billed until your product(s) ship. If items are shipped separately, you will be billed each time an item is sent. For PayPal or Google Pay payments, you will be charged immediately upon placing the order. The charge will appear on your credit card as "DRI*NVIDIA Store."

Why did my transaction not go through?

Several factors could cause a credit/debit card transaction to fail. If you encounter issues, please fill out the Customer Order Inquiry Form detailing the problem.

What if I receive wrong, defective, or damaged product?

Notify us within 30 days of your order date if you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged item by completing the Customer Order Inquiry Form with details of the issue.

What if my shipment is missing?

Complete the Customer Order Inquiry Form by selecting the “Shipping Issue” category.
